Passionate About Making Disciples
Pastor Ben comes to Bellevue Methodist Church with a passion to continue the mission our Lord Jesus began by training disciples for holiness and equipping them for kingdom service – all for the greater glory of God.

Pastor Ben was appointed to serve Bellevue Methodist Church in March 2024. Ben was born and raised in Portage, MI at Pathfinder Methodist Church and is an ordained Elder in the Great Lakes Conference of the Global Methodist Church.
He and his wife, Cassie, both hold degrees from Indiana Wesleyan University and Asbury Theological Seminary. The Palmers are the parents of two: Joel Christopher (Born October 2024) and Eden Margaret (Arriving July 2026).

Pastor Ben brings a decade of experience sharing Christ with kids, youth, and young adults, a commitment to scriptural preaching, the local church, and the Methodist movement, and a passion for multiplying disciples through growing leaders and small groups to the Bellevue Methodist Church Family.
On his Sabbath, you will find him outside with his kids, practicing guitar, reading about history, and playing video games or watching cooking shows with Cassie.
Join us on Sunday! We look forward to meeting you!

Meet Pastor Ben Palmer

Awaiting the arrival of Eden Margaret Palmer
Celebrating with Pastor Ben & Cassie
As Pastor Ben and Cassie prepare to welcome their second child — a sweet baby girl, Eden Margaret —
many of you have kindly asked about the church hosting another baby shower. While they deeply appreciate the love behind these offers, they have shared that they do not wish to have a shower this time. However, for those who feel led to bless their growing family, Pastor Ben and Cassie would warmly welcome diapers or prepared meals as the baby arrives in the latter half of July. With a newborn and an energetic toddler at home, simple acts of support will be especially meaningful during those early weeks.
Thank you for surrounding them with such generosity, prayer,
and care as they enter this joyful new season.
